How to engage early-career professionals?

Summer jobs

A work period spanning from April to September for college students in their 1st to 5th year. These periods provide an opportunity to introduce early-career employees to your company and potentially hire them as part-time employees after the summer.

Trainee programs

A full-time internship lasting 3-12 months for students in their 3rd to 4th year. Trainee programs offer the opportunity to hire an employee for a permanent position after the program.

Graduate programs
